Gifted and Talented Education Symposium

Successful education of gifted students so that talent is realised involves an in-depth understanding of the characteristics, learning needs and diversities across this population of young people. Griffith University will be holding a symposium dedicated to exploring effective education practices and understanding how we are able to best support them in our classrooms and schools. This will be a great opportunity for educators to gather from around Queensland to discuss and learn about essential issues that affect the field of gifted and talented education, and take away new strategies to ensure that the ACARA goals of providing rigorous, relevant and engaging learning opportunities for these students can be achieved in our schools.

An agenda for the day will be uploaded shortly.

  • $150 single registration
  • $100 per registration (if you send 2 or more from one school/organisation).

Registration includes morning tea and lunch.
